These terms govern your use of Clarity, a service operated by Smart App ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian business. By creating an account or using Clarity, you agree to these terms.
Clarity helps you track spending by scanning receipts, setting budgets, and receiving AI-generated coaching tips. Clarity is a budgeting tool, not a licensed financial advisory service, and nothing in the app constitutes professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Clarity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to misuse Clarity, including attempting to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Clarity uses AI to extract data from receipts and generate coaching tips. This data may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying important financial information rather than relying solely on AI-extracted data.
Clarity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart App will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Clarity, including financial decisions made based on information in the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using Clarity and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clarity after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
